Leviathan

Islandwalk, Phase 3 - (starts with 3 Time Counters
on it, remove a Time Counter at phase in. If there are
none, Leviathan uses it's special ability)
Tsunami- Flip coin if opponent controls an Island.
•Heads- all creatures they control become tapped and
take 2 damage.
•Tails- all Islands they control become tapped.
Cards tapped this way do not untap during their next
untap phase. If opponent has no Islands, follow
rule for heads.
