on him. While he has ice counters on him, he
cannot attack or block and has shroud. Whenever
you cast a spell, as long as he has an ice counter
on him, remove an ice counter from Levistus and
draw a card.
Whenever you cast a spell, Levistus gets +1/+1
until end of turn if he has no ice counters on him.
