Lexnar the Wanderer

At the beginning of your first upkeep, you may put Lexnar the Wanderer onto the battlefield from the command zone. If you do, you get an emblem with, "Spells you cast cost {1} more to cast."
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {u}{u}. If you do, elementals you control get +X/+0 until end of turn where X is the amount of mana spent to cast that spell.
