If Leyline of Frost is in your opening hand, you
may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Whenever you would put a card on the top or
bottom of your library, you may exile that card instead. If you do, put an Ice counter on target
nonland permanent. Tap it.
Permanents with Ice counters on them don't
untap on their controller's untap step.
