If Leyline of Storms is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Whenever you draw a card put a storm counter on Leyline of Storms.
Whenever there are five or more storm counters on Leyline of Storms remove all storm counters on it. Then each player discards their hand and draws cards equal to the most cards discarded this way.
