If Leyline of Tithes is in your opening hand,
you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if no
mana was spent to cast it, counter that spell.
If a spell is countered this way, exile it instead
of putting it in its owner's graveyard.
