Liberalio enters the battlefield with X charge
counters on it.
Whenever another legendary creature you control
enters the battlefield, you may remove charge
counters from Liberalio equal to that creatures
mana value and create a non-legendary token copy
of that creature.
Heretic squad - (heretic squad creatures are the
colours of your commander if your commander is a heretic squad creature)
