Liberation Campaign

Whenever you attack a player, you may
pay {w}{w}{w/b}{b}{b}{b/r}{r}{r} if they control 10 or
more Liberated permanents. When you do,
that player loses the game. (Liberated permanents are permanents that have at least one Liberation counter on them. Liberated permanents lose all abilities and if they are a creature, they are also a 1/1).
