Libra, Bearer of Scales

When a player draws a card, sacrifices a permanent, untaps a permanent, gains life, or returns a permanent to their hand or library, each player does the same action. These actions caused by Libra don't trigger this ability (In the case of life gain, each player gains life equal to what that player gained).
