Whenever you cast a Historic spell, put a lore
counter on Library Collector.
Whenever Library Collector deals combat
damage to a player you may search their library
for a non creature Historic card with a mana
value less than the number of lore counters on
Library Collector and exile it. The defending
player shuffles their library.
You may cast cards exiled by Library Collector.
