When Lichdragon Fortissax enters the battlefield, put a Bond counter on target creature an opponent controls. That creature is goaded by you until Lichdragon Fortissax leaves the battlefield.

When a creature with a bond token dies, exile it instead.
It returns to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step. remove the Bond token,
the creature is no longer goaded.
