Lich's Phylactery

You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
When Lich's Phylactery enters the battlefield,
sacrifice X permanents and put X soul counters
on Lich's Phylactery.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose X life,
draw X cards, sacrifice a permanent, and put a
soul counter on Lich's Phylactery. Then, if you
have 0 or less life, sacrifice X permanents where
X is 0 minus your life total.
