Lich's Sovereignty

When Lich's Sovereignty enters the battlefield,
you become the monarch.
You can't lose the game and your opponents
can't win the game as long as you are the
monarch.
Whenever an opponent becomes the monarch,
discard your hand, then sacrifice a permanent for
each card discarded in this way.
