Lieutenant Rules

Lieutenant is a format. Each deck must have
exactly 60 cards and no more than 4 copy's of a
card except for basic lands. You have a
commander it must be a non-legendary creature.
The other three copy's of your commander
may be in the deck. You may add 1 color to your
commanders color identity. Whenever your
commander changes zones you may choose to put
it back in the command zone and it costs {2} more
to cast. You may not play mythics.
