Gain control of target creature with converted
mana cost less than the amount of mana spent to
cast Life Control until end of turn. Each 2 life
payed counts as 1 mana towards this amount.
If life was payed to cast Life Control, that
creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each
1 life payed.
