This item has 3 charges. Once per turn when you
hit and damage a creature with this dagger,
you can expand one charge to deal an extra 2d4
necrotic damage to the target, and regain hit
points equal tot he amount lost due to this
necrotic damage. The lief-stealing dagger regains
1d3 charges daily at dawn.
