Lifeweaver can't be countered.
Whenever another creature you control with no
web counters on it would die, you may instead
remove all damage from it, tap it, and put a web counter and a time counter on it. It becomes a
black Shade. It gains lifelink and "At the
beginning of your upkeep, remove one time
counter from this. After each end step, if this has
no time counters on it, exile it."
