Light of the Umbral Garden

Whenever an opponent casts a spell that would counter a spell or ability you control, you may cast Light of the Umbral Garden without paying its mana cost. When you do, each opponent discards a card for each spell or ability they control on the stack.
Return up to one target creature or spell to its owner's hand and up to one target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.
