Lighthouse of the Magi

Whenever you move a card from one nonstack zone to another, put a Magi counter on Lighthouse of the Magi.(The different zones consist of the library, your hand, the graveyard, the battlefield, exile, and the command zone.)
At the beginning of your end step, if the number of Magi counters on Lighthouse of the Magi counter is equal to the starting number of cards
in your library, transform it.
