Lightining Reflexes

When this fighter is Engaged by an enemy fighter,
this fighter may attempt to make a Retreat action
for free before the enemy fighter makes any
attacks or additional actions whether or not the
Retreat action was successful, this fighter may
only use this once per round. Note if this fighter
has a ready marker, they may still activate
as normal
