When Lightmaw enters or becomes equipped, put X
shadow counters in it.

Equipped Creature gets +1/+1 for each shadow counters
on Lightmaw. Equipped creature has deathtouch as long
as there are 10 or more counters on Lightmaw and has
lifelink as long as there are 20 or more counters on
Lightmaw. At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice
equipped creature and put a shadow counter on
Lightmaw.
