Lightning Bowstring

This bowstring has a faint blue shimmer. When activated, a piece of ammunition turns into a small
bolt of lightning. When hit, a creature takes normal piercing damage and it and each creature within 5 ft of it must make a dexterity saving throw DC 15. A creature takes 2d8 lightning damage on a failed save
and half as much on a successful one. 2 charges per long rest.
