When enchanted creature attacks or blocks,
Lightning Shield deals 3 damage to it.
At the end of combat, Lightning Shield deals
3 damage to each creature enchanted creature
has blocked or been blocked by this turn, or
3 damage to defending player if enchanted
creature attacked and wasn't blocked this turn.
