Lightning strike

Create a lightning infused area on the ground within 120 feet of you. It has a radius of 10 feet. Then choose one:

- for 1D6 rounds, those within the lightning strike will take 1D4 + 2 lightning damage.

- for 1D6 rounds, those who exit or enter the strike will take 1D6 + 3 lightning damage.
