Lightning Tornado deals 4 damage to target
opponent and all creatures and planeswalkers
that player controls, if those permanents would
die this turn exile them instead.
Destroy all artifacts that player controls.
Eldrakken would never have thought that the city
itself would be a decoy, let alone a trap.
