nerve counters on target planeswalker or creature.
You gain control of all permanents that have
nerve counters. Permanents with nerve counters
have haste. At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove a nerve counter from all permanents. If a
permanent loses all of its nerve counters, return it
to it's owner tapped. It doesn't untap at the
beginning of it's owner's next untap phase.
