Liliths power is equal to the amount of mana spent to cast them. if X is greater than 3 and mana was spent to pay the blue phyrexian mana, Lilith gains “When this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.” If X is greater than 2 and mana was spent to pay the green phyrexian mana, Lilith gains “When this creature attack put a +1/+1 counter on target creature“ If mana is spent to cast both the blue and green phyrexian mana, all effects are doubled.
