Lilly the Burden

Lilly the Burden enters the Battlefield under an opponents control.
Whenever the enchanted player draws a card,
he or she chooses:
•Lilly the Burden gets an experience counter. If
there are 10 or more experience counters on Lilly
the Burden, you lose the game.
•Lilly the Burden deals 2 damage to you.
