Lily, Finality Captain can't be countered.
Whenever Lily, Finality Captain enters the
battlefield each player then sacrifices three lands.
For each land destroyed this way its controller
then puts a basic land token named Waste onto
the battlefield. Each opponent then loses 5 life.
{t}: Deal 3 damage to any target. Activate this
ability only if you control an artifact.
