Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls block or are blocked by creatures you control, you may distribute a number of dream counters among those creatures equal to Lily's power.
Creatures your opponents control get -1/-0 for each dream counter on them. You control each creature with a number of dream counters on it equal to or greater than its power for as long as you control Lily.
