Once during each upkeep, you may give an opponent a food token you control. If you do, draw a card.

Go Foraging - {t}, choose land or nonland: Reveal cards from the top of you deck until you reveal a card of the chosen type. If it's a basic land, put it onto the battlefield tapped, otherwise add it to your hand. If it's a nonland, exile it and create a food token. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
