Liquid Song of the Bards

Until end of turn, you may cast up to 3 spells with the text "tap" without paying their mana costs. You may reveal the top 30 cards of your library and have an opponent chose three. Those cards are removed from the game. If you did not reveal any cards, sacrifice all creatures you control and discard your hand.
