When Lissandra enters, each opponent sacrifices a nontoken creature.

Whenever a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies, that opponent creates a 0/1 colorless Thrall creature token with "When this creature dies it deals 1 damage to it's controller. Sacrifice this creature at the end of your next turn."
