At the beginning of your upkeep, put a
+1/+1 counter or -1/-1 counter on target
creature.
Whenever a creature you control dies, each
opponent loses 1 life. If it had a +1/+1 counter on
it, draw a card. If it had a -1/-1 counter on it,
put a -1/-1 counter on target creature you don't control.
