Whenever a Cat enters the battlefield under your control, put a poop counter on Litter Box.
{t}: Move a poop counter from Litter Box onto another target permanent.
If a permanent would deal damage to a Cat you control, prevent X of that damage, where X is
the number of poop counters on that permanent.
