creature or nonbasic land. Living Bomb deals 3
damage to each player.
Whenever a player successfully casts a spell that
shares a creature type with a card exiled by
Living Bomb, you may put the card exiled by
Living Bomb on top of its owner's library to
return Living Bomb to the battlefield tapped.
