Creatures you control with electro have, "When
this creature deals combat damage to a player
you may add one mana of that creatures colors to
your mana pool.
Whenever a creature with electro you control deals damage to another creature you may put a Mink
card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your
hand onto the battlefield.
