Make a GRACE roll, followed by an opposed
WEIRD roll. If you roll at least a partial success
on the GRACE roll, your Rope becomes charged
with magnetic energy and latches onto a metallic
object within 50 feet. Then, if your WEIRD roll
exceeds a threshold based on the weight of the
object (or against an opposed SWOLE roll, if
actively resisted by a PC/NPC), you pull the
object toward your outstretched hand.
(A partial success on either roll may lead to
different results).
