Loader's attack is based off how many momentum counters are currently on it.
When Loader is attacking add 1 momentum counter to it for each creature that is also attacking.
If Loader does not attack on your turn remove momentum counters equal to the number of creatures attacking, if no creatures are attacking remove all momentum counters from Loader
