Loader, Bionic Powerhouse

Whenever you target Loader with a spell, put
a speed counter on her and she gains flying until end of turn.
When Loader deals combat damage to a player, remove all speed counters from her. Deal that much damage to that player and return up to that many target instants and/or sorceries from your graveyard to your hand at the beginning of the next end step.
