+2: Gain control of target creature until end of turn, untap it, it gains haste until end of turn.
-2: Look at target opponents hand, choose a nonland card, that player exiles that card. You may play the exiled card until end of turn.
-8: For each opponent, gain control of two target permenants he/she controls.
