At the beginning of each opponents upkeep exile
the top card of that players library with a blackmarket counter on it. Anyone may play
spells with Blackmarket counters on them and use
mana as though it were any color to cast them.
Whenever a opponent plays a spell with a
Blackmarket counter on it, you draw a card and
gain 1 life.
