Sacrifice X creatures {t}: Exile a creature with mana
value X or less and give it X time counters. Return
that creature once all time counters are removed.
Time counters can be removed during a player's
upkeep, if they sacrifice a creature, or they lose life
equal to that creature's mana value.
When a time counter is removed, draw a card.
Partner
