Ok so basically its what it says in the title but you don't know what to lock. You and the apposing player have to take off both your socks and shoes "if you are waring said items" and then try and lock your toes in the "mercy" formation and you have the chose to squeeze the apposing player toes or to just sit there and do nothing with yours while still in said formation and must MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT"this effect lasts for 2 turns and stacks"
