Lock of Shattered Time

Target caster operator deals damage equal to 100% of its basic attack to target operator an opponent controls. That operator is stunned for two turns. (stunned operators cannot move
or use basic attacks. the stun effect is removed after the stated duration, or if the stunned operator is dealt damage.)
