Locked Out

When Locked Out comes into play secretly write
a letter on a piece of paper. If a player leaves the
table you may pay {3}, tap Locked Out, and name
that player. During the beginning of that players
upkeep if they are not present, they skip their
turn. If they are present, they may pay {1} and
make 1 guess. If correct, they unlock Locked Out
and rejoin the game Locked Out is exiled. If they
are not able to guess correctly, they may continue
