Whenever a player cast a spell, they may pay {1} per color in its identity. If they dont, then perform the corresponding action for the unpaid colors:

-Create a 1/1 White Human with vigilance.
-Create a 1/1 Green Elf with reach.
-Create a 1/1 Blue Bird with flying.
-Create a 1/1 Black Zombie with deathtouch.
-Create a 1/1 Red Goblin with haste.
