When Logan enters the battlefield, put a
F**K counter on him.
At the beginning of your end step, If Logan
has a F**K counter on him, remove it
and reverse the turn order, if not put a
F**K counter on him.
Whenever Logan has a F**K counter,
each player draws an additional card during
their draw step.
