Loki, the Bound

Loki, the Bound can't attack or block.
At the beginning of each upkeep create a token
copy of target creature that has, "When this
creature enters the battlefield, destroy all other
creatures with the same name"
At the beginning of each end step, if a creature
died this turn transform Loki, the Bound.
If Loki, the Bound dies, exile it instead, and
return it to the battlefield at the beginning
of your next upkeep.
