Exile target creature with X suspend counters
on it where X = 8 - that creature's power, if
X would be less then 1 it is 1.
During the creature's controller's upkeep
remove a suspend counter, when the last
suspend counter is removed return the
creature to the battlefield under it's
owner's control with haste.
